finasteride actually takes around 2months before it really starts to work but once it kicks in it does its job but it can also lower your libido big time..

Not true. After a single oral dose as small as 0.5 mg: 65% depression of plasma dihydrotestosterone levels persists 5-7 days
The mean half life is only 6 hours, so you wouldn't need it to build up in your system like dutasteride where the half life is like 5 weeks.

It can lower your libido as DHT is good for the libido, but usually not big time. I'm on dutasteride and haven't noticed a difference, still a horny basterd.
