Questions re. first cycle-i'm ready to get nailed!

Keep in mind the cissus can take time to work so give it a chance.. Also let me know how that works for you...

10 squirts = 1 ML

So lions tamox is 20 mg / ml so you need 10 squirts..

And the aromasin is 25mg/ml so also need 10 squirts..

You can aslo use a oral syringe to get a exact dose...( can pick one up at the pharmacy if you decide to use one)

You can take them both one time a day...

Did you get USP labs supper cissus ? Or some other brand??

It is not necessary to use the cleanse for your pct... I would just hold on to it for now.

You can use creatine during your pct if you want to. ANd no problem on using protein supplements.

During your PCT you need to lower the volume and intensity of your training regimen

Why lower volume and intensity of training? I though when doing a PCT one of the most important things to do was continue to train and adjust diet.

When on cycle your using compounds that help aid in recovery....

Why would you continue to train the same way??? When the compound is no longer in your system your recovery is going to slow down, and you will be over training if you train as intense as you do when on cycle ...

They is no ONE most important thing. It is following proper pct protocols , proper diet and training ..

No, got it at the local supplement store. Cyposport is the manufacturer. We will see what happens. However, just started it yesterday around noon, and already getting some relief.

Aromasin showed up today. Says it is 30mg/ml. Still do 10 squirts or back it down a little?

Your aromasin (exemestane) is from lion right ??

Are you sure its 30mg/ml ??? and not 30 ml total and the concentration is 25mg /ml ??.. Maybe he has bumped the concertation up to 30 mg/ml i dunno...

Well anyways if it is 30mg/ml just do like 8-9 pumps ( could also do 30 mg ED of the aromasin instead of the 25mg if you wanted to)..

Yes, did get from lion. And you were right on the product, my bad. So I will stick with the 10 squirts of each every day. I was looking at the liquidex bottle. Got that too, but I think I over ordered. (Remember, I was kind of freakin out!) Just stickin with the nolva and the aromasin for pct.
