    no training ache!

    ive noticed over the last few days im not getting my usual muscle ache in the morning from training,and i have been training extra hard! as im using epherdrine whilst training,also im 3 wks into my sust and deca cource. could it be the gear helping me recover?

    Delayed onset of muscle sorness! When I train I never hurt till 2-3 days afterwards! I used to do legs on thursday, saturady I couldn't move!

    It's the gear. Your recovery time will be almost nothing. Being off cycle really sucks.

    It sounds to me like you were not working out and/or priming before you began your cycle. Correct me if I'm wrong, but after a lengthy lay-off from workouts, you'll be sore for a week or two when you hit the gym again.

    Training "extra hard".....Careful not to over train.

    Ephedrine? + AAS....= IMO....If you are doing this right now, STOP... you are very much heart attact prone!
