Hello, I've been very busy the past month trying to learn all that I can on getting ready for my first cycle. I think I found a online site that I'm going to try that already had a beginner cycle put together for mass. Question is that has deca in the cycle and I've read that deca isnt a good choice for a first cycle due to side effects. Here it is:

How does this look? Do you think I should add something to the PCT?
I'm 6 '2 and a steady at 188 and just getting ready to turn 32 in another month. My goal is to hit 200 pounds, I'm somewhat lean meaning I know that my BF should be lower but I'm pretty evened out (meaning I dont have a gut). I just changed my work out to the Max-OT workout. My diet is good, I know that I need to eat more though. I usually have the following:
0400 5 egg whites, bagel and orange juice
0700 two packs of oatmeal and a banana
1000 snack (carrots, or fruit cups, ect...)
1130 chicken breast with about a cup of rice
1500 same as above
1800 protein shake before workout
1830 work out 1 hour
2000 can of tuna and half bagel or wheat bread
2100 protein shake before bed
This is a work day for me, my days off are similar but the times change. Once I start I'll probably start taking weight gainer for extra calories.
I'm looking to do my first cycle in mid Sep, I'm in the Military and I have my birth month recall (done every year) to do which is alot of blood work and a Physical so I want to wait for that to be over.
But again my main question is the Deca, should I do it or not for a first cycle.
