    Question on Deca for first cycle

    Hello, I've been very busy the past month trying to learn all that I can on getting ready for my first cycle. I think I found a online site that I'm going to try that already had a beginner cycle put together for mass. Question is that has deca in the cycle and I've read that deca isnt a good choice for a first cycle due to side effects. Here it is:

    How does this look? Do you think I should add something to the PCT?
    I'm 6 '2 and a steady at 188 and just getting ready to turn 32 in another month. My goal is to hit 200 pounds, I'm somewhat lean meaning I know that my BF should be lower but I'm pretty evened out (meaning I dont have a gut). I just changed my work out to the Max-OT workout. My diet is good, I know that I need to eat more though. I usually have the following:
    0400 5 egg whites, bagel and orange juice
    0700 two packs of oatmeal and a banana
    1000 snack (carrots, or fruit cups, ect...)
    1130 chicken breast with about a cup of rice
    1500 same as above
    1800 protein shake before workout
    1830 work out 1 hour
    2000 can of tuna and half bagel or wheat bread
    2100 protein shake before bed
    This is a work day for me, my days off are similar but the times change. Once I start I'll probably start taking weight gainer for extra calories.

    I'm looking to do my first cycle in mid Sep, I'm in the Military and I have my birth month recall (done every year) to do which is alot of blood work and a Physical so I want to wait for that to be over.
    But again my main question is the Deca, should I do it or not for a first cycle.

    first off welcome to AR, as for your first cycle, all you really need is test only for 10-12 weeks followed by a good PCT. I suggest spending more time on here reading and learning how to properly cycle before you purchase anything. I also suggest headign over to the diet forum and do some reading on how to eat. Its good youre eating every few hours, but you need to consume a lot more protein than what your currently taking and you also need to read up on post workout nutrition as well.

    For some reason my chart didnt line up. D-Bol stops at week 4 and the rest of the numbers are for the Nolva and Clomid. Hopefully you can understand it, I tried to line it back up but it wont take.

    6'2'' 188? Is that really the best you can do without steroids? C'mon man it's your diet that's the problem. How do you expect to keep the weight on after gaining it.

    I know that I should be heavier but I've always had a hard time keeping weight on. If you read all of my post it states I'm in the Military, I have regular PT with my section and my own workouts I do so I run alot on top of working 13 hour and half hour days its hard. I've always trained to be lean and strong which makes me a better runner but I want to add size. The older I get the lower my times are on runs so I can afford to bulk up which I've always wanted to do. The 200 is just a goal for now, I will set higher goals when I achieve my first. Thanks

    That's right where I am at! I've had a very tough time of adding lean muscle, always been on the thin side. Just not a natural BIG GUY. Now that I am older, I find it easy to add lots of belly fat! ... before you go there.. I am sure I could clean up the diet and force more calories to add the weight.

    well if he cant put on weight without steroids, you really think he's gonna gain much more with steroids? Diet dictates what kind of gains you get. If you dont know how to eat you still may gain a little weight while on cycle, but you will lose it all when you come off

    Thanks for the advice, will be changing my diet and holding off on my first cycle. Maybe around the first of the year, want to hit 200 first.
