    help is needed

    i have about 3 year exp..



    6 months ago i had a total break from lifting untill now.
    reason for this. My girlfriend. girlss what can you say
    Cant live with them cant live with out them..
    im single and staying that way for a long time...
    Time to get back to where i was !!!!

    I miss those huge pumps
    lifting 140 kilos on the bench and jumping up and feeling a great sensation and a feeling of accomplishment
    and the massive PUMP


    I just got my self a huge home gym a week ago.

    i went into my supplements container and there it was


    a large about of test e and Dbol


    Would any one advised this

    do a x12 week cycle of Test e? 500 mg a week
    x4 week cycle of dbol 40Mg ed

    or should i wait a few weeks? or months?

    B4 i touched gear b4 i was at a raging high naturally.
    Perfect Diet, all done and worked out on my Pda.

    And Studyed the Best book ever

    The New Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding
    "arnold schwarzenegger"


    im hitting it hard.

    need some stats. age,hgt,wgt,bf%. goals? cycle looks good. thinking of doing the same. do a good pct and u should be getting pumped in no time. welcome

    Its been my personal experiance and seems to be the similliar for others I have talked to to train for about 3 months before getting back into juice. I grew like I was on cycle for the three months I trained after a 5 month break, then my body was back into the swing of things, I was strong again, and most importantly my tendons and ligaments where strong again. I then hopped onto a cycle and it was awsome the gains just kept coming.

    i would give it a few months. like buff said, get back into the swing of first.

    I am 21 years old

    I currenty weight 90 kilos

    Just under 6 foot

    My diet is good. all my supps to go along.
    love them 425 gram tuna cans lol

    Although i have a new one

    Hydroxy cut
    3 bottles for 89 aud off ebay cheap as chips.

    any brothers used that?

    if its crap ill sell it.

    My supps atm are
    This Cretine Stack i have it has the following
    Creatine
    l glutamine
    taurine
    bcaas
    hmb

    all in one
    Plus my bulking protien

    If the hydroxy cut is good ill take that to try cut down a bit along with running every day
