    Exclamation I am in MAJOR need of HELP

    To anyone with some real knowledge...

    I am very, extremely new to the steroid world, but over the years my interest has grown highly for it....but one small problem....where the %$#@ do I start?

    Does stacking me...two different types of steroids in a cycle....

    I heard I should take TEST 250....

    How many shots a week....

    etc and etc and etc....

    Although I may be new to steroids ....I am novice in the weight room...but considering the fact that I have never achieved any major gains....I need this. Anyone with any advice, tips...etc...you are more than appreciated.

    Hi Brian. Please list your current age and stats. The fact that you say you have never made any major gains concerns me. What does your diet look like (and please dont say "i eat real healthy").

    Research until your head explodes, read all the steroid profiles, read about all PCT, look into the diet forum, look into the weight lifting forum and keep reading it over and over and over.
