When to take D-Bol
I'm starting a new cycle and using 50mg of D-bol a day and I was just wondering what you guys thought the best time to take it would be, split it up all at once, in the morning, at night, before workout. I work out twice a day if that helps. I have always taken half before each of my workouts before this cycle.

fore sure split it up. I was experiementing and taking it all about 1.5 hours before work out, and I was getting totally sick to my stomach at the gym.

I would experiment on what works for you. Some do e4h. Some take 10 am 40 before the workout and have better results.

Do all get "back pumps" from d-bol/
I'm taking 50mg at once 2 hours before workouts for 5 days now. At this dose do most get back pumps or might I be lucky...or just wait a week and then i'll be sorry i asked?

I have heard alot of experienced bros saying they get much less sides and just as good results from taking it all in one am or pre-WO dose...

when using dbol i recomend 100mg a day for 4 weeks,dont bother with the split,take them all at once 2-4 hours before training.i got great gains like that,at the end of the 4 weeks drop to 10mg a day and stay on your jabs if your using them for a further 4 week

they dont mention that they have nevor taken dbol ,they say there starting a cycle and if you want to get any benafits off dbol 50mg aint enough,i know of people taking150-200ml of oxybolan and dbol are no way that strong.1 oxybolon 50mg will give you similar gains as 20 dbol 100mg.

that is in your opinion if you look on the home page off this site and click on dbol you will see a similar point to my own,i am no way suggesting its rite for everyone but here in the uk if you ask for advice to one off the really large gym guys they will tell you what i have as its them that advised me and as for thaiboxas post that called me an (idiot) i thought this was a friendly site for learning,not children calling names

Moral of the story is, 50mg of Dbol ED will definitely elicit gains. 100mg simply is not needed for a first time user. Time goes on, the person becomes more experienced and wants to experiment with higher dosages, by all means go ahead. Thing is, the guy was only asking about the frequency, not the dosage.
Also, I'd advise you to do your own research. Don't take everything that "one of the really large gym guys" says as the be all, end all. Many people are misinformed when it comes to AAS.

I think splitting it up has the most benefit. I see defintive strength and size on dbol at 25-50mg a day.
