How many ppl use b12?

I have used 1000mcg 2-3x per week in the past.

I also have used it to reconstitute HGH instead of Bac Water (this equated to about 500mcg per day)

Since I've always used while "on" its hard to isolate its results to be honest.

I've used it while off at around 1000mcg E4D. I seem to have more energy and just plain feel better.

good stuff, i take it as an oral tablet. gives me energy. didnt lindsey lohan say that her syringes were for b12?...yea right!

I used injectable b12 for the first time from AR-R a couple months ago and loved the stuff and havent stopped using it since.
