    Converting t4 to t3?

What vits and minerarls are important?

And why do they say t4 wastes less muscle and fvckes up your thyroid less? if it converts to t3 it should be the same thing - doesn't make any sense - just parotting?

Cytomel (t-3 ) is far more effective than synthroid (t-4)

It takes a much higher dose of snythroid to achieve what a significantly lower dose of cytomel can..

It has to do with the fact that the body is able to control and regulate the conversion of t4-t3 and your natural thyroid function doesnt get shut down as hard. Where direct suppliment of t3 is the same as running say... DECA of the thyroid world will shut you down hard and fast and recovery is longer...
