Converting t4 to t3?
What vits and minerarls are important?
And why do they say t4 wastes less muscle and fvckes up your thyroid less? if it converts to t3 it should be the same thing - doesn't make any sense - just parotting?Last edited by bor; 08-24-2007 at 05:31 PM.

Also keep in mind reduced cals or carbs can reduce levels of deiodinase also..

It has to do with the fact that the body is able to control and regulate the conversion of t4-t3 and your natural thyroid function doesnt get shut down as hard. Where direct suppliment of t3 is the same as running say... DECA of the thyroid world will shut you down hard and fast and recovery is longer...
