im no doctor... but are you saying that everyone who juices shouldnt do cardio? All athletes juice...

no its fine don't worry about it.
Left ventricle hypertrophy is a side effect from steroid use. Cardio does not make this worse, your heart is an important muscle and it needs to be worked sufficiently as well. If you're bulking its kept to a minimum, cutters run almost every day if not every day.
Always done cardio when ever i cycled....like 6 hours ew without any probs.
Sounds like a myth to me. Cardio is good for the heart whether you are on a cycle or not.
Just curious what you guys consider "cardio" vs. "fat burn" I normally do cardio 3 to 4 days a week, 30-45 min but I keep my heart rate close to or under 130 for fat burn instead of all out cardio. Just started a cycle btw and plan to keep doing cardio at least 2 or 3 days per week.
Cardio, your heart gets bigger because you get bigger, Flew Wheeler ran his ass off.
The question is shoudl you do it before or after the work out?
