    my frontloading question

    if i wanted to do 500mgs test e a week, should i frontload first week with 4 shots of teste 250 on mon, tues,wed,thur???

    If you're using test e and planned to do 2 shots a week, then you still do 2 shots, just 500 each on the first week.
