    Im A Little Bit Worried

    while on a cycle ive been told that doing cardio can harden your heart and valves as its a muscle and its being trained,this leads to all sorts of mega bad heart problems
    i do an hour a day cardio-7 days a week so this worries me-is there any truth to this?

    What kind of cycle are you doing? Bulking or Cutting? Cardio is important not just for your cycle but for a strong heart. There is a thread I just read on here about something very similar. Give it a once over it's a good read.

    i haven't heard anything about that... cardio is vital to keep a healthy heart on or off a cycle. good luck.

    at the moment im doing the cardio for cutting,what are the benifits of doing cardio while bulking-is it as important

    yes of course it is if your bulking you still want to keep burning fat off also you want to keep healthy and keep your heart healthy
