I am looking for some help with a cycle I am 32 225lbs 6 foot 34 waist don,t
know body fat I used about four years ago went from 155 to 238 at best over
about 2 years took a 4 year break still worked out on a reg base now i am taking 250mgs of sus250 every 4 days ben on for 4 weeks and thinking of adding 100mgs of tren evry 3 days for 4 weeks to cut up plan of doing the test for a total of 10 weeks please give me some advice wright or wrong to do

There are a lot of variables here Bill. At 6ft that size 34 can be very deceptive.

I'd say give us a legit bf first, those scales are easy to find nowadays.

I'd also like to know:

• Is this your first ever cycle?
• What's your (consistent) lifting history?
• How's your cardio work and diet?

I have never done a bf but dont do much cardio I lift very heavy and hard i have 19 inch arm bench 405 natual had a 6 pack before the cycle eat very well no fast food and watch my fat intake i will try to get a bf soon

What compounds have you previously run???

If you havnt used tren I would just go 10 weeks with the test like you originally planned .

Then maybe for your next cycle you can use some test and tren ace for 8 -10 wks...

But like Magic 32 said without knowing your previous cycles history it is hard to give any opions..

have done sevral first sus250 about 3 then sus250 up 700 a week with up 500 deca and some d ball pills about 3 cycle then i did a heavy test and deca with androl 50 did no like the way i felt after did not do it agian until now

I forgot to ask i was thinking of taking some letro at the end of my cycle because on the last cycle with the anadrol i had some pain behined my nippels for about two weeks after the cycle was over
