alot of people take 10-15 grams a day, i keep my intake around 4-5 grams a day, just keep on taking it and it will work..i noticed it in about 3-4 weeks, good luck..

well im pretty sure they all come in 500mg caps...i use Twinlab 500mg caps, 100 per bottle......it costs like $10, and 1000mg ='s 1 gram, so i take 10 caps a day..that ='s 5 grams
