    TO all my Canadian Brothers and anyone else interested...

    ...as some of you know the Canadian National Championships are coming up in Toronto on September 21st. I am just wondering who will be attending, i know Shredz will be there, livnnfit (naked), possibly silverfox & BigLou and a few others, i was just thining maybe we can all hook up and chat for a bit, no beer for me i am dieting right now, but hey i don't need beer to have fun & be an idiot, that comes very natural to me...LOL...

    so who's in?

    If you guys could keep this bumped for me for a day or so, that would be great, just trying to meet some folks from the Board.

    i was at the muscle mania compettion in toronto a couple months ago, my buddy competed, im not sure if im going down to that competitoin though.
