    Next Cycle !!!

    Hey, I am new to this board, and I see you have a lot of great info available so after lurking around for a while I thought I would get some ideas from you guy's on my next cycle.
    Stats:
    Age 27
    Weight 190lb
    BF 11-12%
    I am 5'9
    Goals to get up to about 215lb
    I have done about 5 cycles which my last one was in Feb and consisted of:
    Week 1-4 Dbol 40mg ed
    Week 1-10 Deca 400mg ew
    Week 1-10 test E 500mg ew
    PCT
    Nolva and HCG

    I got myself EQ instead of Deca this time and also winny.
    Now, I get so many different opinions for my next cycle I don't what to do anymore so please help me out with a good cycle.
    Some guy's told me to run a 16 week cycle, other told e I am crazy I should run a 7 week and do more cycle and keep them short.
    From what I know EQ takes a long time to really kick in , and same with Test E cause it's a long ester.

    What do you guy's recommend ?

    you should run test a couple weeks longer than deca , I'd say what you have listed but test at 12 weeks.
    also read up the in pct section for some more ideas
    what's your diet like?

    I was thinking about doing Test 2 weeks longer then deca cause of the long ester, I have bought eq this time should I still stick with that rule?
    This is what I usually do for PCT:
    Week 13-14 HCG
    Week 15/16/17 Nolva 40/30/20

    But i will read more I see they have a lot of info on that.

    Diet is pretty good I think
    6am - shake
    7:30 - breakfast (eggs brown bread)
    11am - Meal (Chicken Potatoes)
    2pm - Meal (same as 11 am)
    4pm - MPR
    5-6 Train
    Post shake
    8pm - Dinner
    Before bed 100% casein !!!
