Hey guy I need some advice.
I plan on doing 500mg Sust and 400mg Deca every week for 10 weeks. I ofcourse have nolva on readily available and clomid.
I am 5'8" and 195 lbs with 17% body fat. I want to cut down to 9% BF, but i've hit a plateau and I am actually getting weaker as i try to lose more body fat. I've been lifting off and on for about 10 years now. I know that a deca and sustanon stack isn't made for cutting, but here's my question. Should I even do this cycle on a reduced calorie diet? I'll be taking in 250 grams of protein, but the carbs and fat will be low. Heres my current diet.
7:00AM-1 canTuna and Brown rice
9:00 -Protein shake-50 grams
11: 2 chicken breast with broccolli
1:00 Protein shake-50 grams
2:00 Train
3:30 2 cans of tuna! and brown rice
5:30 Protein shake 50 grams
6:00 Play basketball for 2 hours/ I play 4x a week
8:30 Lean steak and vegetables
Would I be able to grow much muscle on this diet?
Deca and Sustanon is all i have/ my friend is selling me his cycle because he's scared to inject, but i also have the nolva and clomid. If i did this cycle, what would i expect to get out of it. I don't mind gaining weight, as long as it ain't fat.
