    Newbie here with a cycle question!

    So I dont know anything at all really about steroids and cycles so Im turning to you guys for some info. Im looking into cutting weight while gaining some muscle mass. What would be the best/most effective cycle that you all would recomend. Now go easy on me remember im new at all this, thanks for the help in advance!

    sounds like you want a whole new body

    What does your diet and training routine look like?
    How long have you been working out?

    diet will dictate everything..steroids are not some miracle drug that will miraculously make you jacked and shredded over night...you need a solid muscular foundation as well as an excellent diet and training routine..its amazing the results people can acheive just by improving their diet alone! Head over to the diet section and do some reading for starters

    Ive been on a training routine for about 7 months now.
    Monday- chest/tris
    Tuesday- cardio
    Wed- back/bis
    thursday- cardio
    Friday- legs
    sat and sunday usually rest and ride motocross.

    Ive dropped from 280 and looking to drop more without losing any muscle.

    damn 40 pounds in 7 months is pretty good,, id go another 7 months and get down to 200

    Yeah I kinda went from doing nothing but partying and drinking to training and trying to get in shape. I used to race motocross profesionally from age 17 to age 21 then injury after injury after injury and so on got old and my body was just so beat i left racing and went down hill from there. Im lookin to get back into racing the +25 Pro class at some nationals here and there and im trying to get back in shape.

    At least not yet, that is. You're not ready. Get the weight down and the diet and exercise in check and get some more training time under your belt and then, maybe you'll be ready then.Peace,

    Thanks guys. Ill keep up what ive been doing and research more. Then down the road aways ill give my first cycle a shot.
