Not excactly. By ampules, I take he has the PREGNYL Organon 5000IUs HCG. When HCG is in powder form, room temperature is fine. When reconstituted, must be kept in the fridge.Originally Posted by Merc.

This is my 1st time using HCG. Any mixing tips...I know HCG is a highly sensitive substance

It depends on how much bac water you use ( this will determine the concertation). So for an example if you added 5 ml to 5000 iu of HCG you would take 1/2 of a ML to get 500 iu .Originally Posted by RICK79916
HCG is unstable so you do have to be gentle with it. When mixing make sure not to let it foam up. Mix it slowly and never shake it . If it foams up on you its not a good thing as it can lose potency.

Just as a side note, I don't favour Anthony's HCG use in PCT.
I use it 2x/wk during the cycle @350IUs and continue into PCT for the duration of. This is modeled after Swale's protocol.
