No dice. I looked and looked. I thought that something like that might have been posted somewhere on here as well, but FFR is right. I guess there have been a lot of busts lately so finding out about a source will be unlikely right now.

basically id look at every domestic ugl as a scammer for the time being, we dont know who is who anymore (by this i mean the feds could be running the show if they have been busted)

You can always google scammers. Don't know how valid the data is, but it will give you lots of scammer's list.

Its been tried on here before. It doesnt work. The scamming world is too dynamic and having a list only causes more problems than it solves. stay safe bro!
