question about injections??

whuts good every one!! ok i got a question on injections or more or less on how to inject...all iv ever took is oral steroids so i need some one to school it for me and drop some knowledge on this one i got some deca and test when i inject that should i mix it and do it all at once (or deca on one cheek and test on the other cheek) thanks 4 the help much luv!!

take out the spaces when you type it in ..

Also can do a Google search I saw some how to inject vids on you tube i think . just Google how to inject online vids.
