    new to this kind of thing help plz

    hi my name is steve im 27 years old i weigh 14 1/2 stone im about 5ft8" tall i have quite a bit of weight on my stomack i want to start training with steroids and was just wondering what type of steroids would i be best starting with to get rid of my large stomack and get fast results as in mussle mass and what are the best protein shakes/powers on the market thanks in advace steve ps great site im very impressed!

    Welcome.
    If you're carrying extra fat, you first should straighten out your diet and training.
    As for protein, I like Isopure Zero Carb, mixes easily, tastes good, and no carbs.

    why dont u try running alternating cycles of t3 and clen ? make sure u add in 400mg/week or so of test to prevent muscle loss and also aid in fat loss.

    please dont tell me you want to start taking steroids and you havent even started in the gym yet.

    Why in the hell would you suggest something like this without even knowing the guys stats, diet and training history?
    What this guy needs is to train properly, do cardio and diet correctly and I'm sure he'll loose some of that fat.
