how long should you take off

Ive actually extended my cycle to get ready for a cruise that sucked shit by the way. Any how ive been off for about a month and was on for maybe 6month's but i did keep changing my injections every 2 months. I was told that would make my receptors still active. But not even sure if it works like that so all and all how long should i take off and i am on a post cycle.

well usually off time should be as long as on time plus pct.

Time on + PCT = Time off...you should definitely stay off for about 5-6 more months unless you get bloodwork done that shows everything is back to normal..it will take sometime after being on for 6 months

I was on for 3 months and its been 3 off and im still not back to par but my pct wasnt to a t either.

Just go by the tried and true rule of time on equals time off.... You will be thankful latere when you get the most out of your next cycle.
