    Any way to check source w/o trial and error?

    I'm 6 ft 3in weigh 260 lb with about 15% bf. Im 22 and have been lifting since I was 12. I've been using this website for about six months. I was wondering if there is anyway to check on a source without coming out and asking. Are there any books or other avenues I could take advantage of to check on a source.

    I think he's looking for a source check before he orders.
    You need to be a member for 45 days and have 100 quality posts to be eligible for a source check.

    probably just ment reading the posts on this site and gettin information

    Lookin, you've certainly been a member long enough but most mods or vets won't source check unless you have at least 100 posts like "Ima" said

    once you have been a member for 45 days (which you have) and made 100 quality posts (which you have not) you can pm a monitor or vet who does source checks and ask them about the source in question.
