It can be done on both,depends on your goals.Just like slin and IGF can be done on or off.
Some people do it on cycle but the DNP makes your so tired and hot that its very difficult to workout. I would wait till your off the cycle.Originally Posted by bor

What I mean by goals,is that DNP can be used for fat loss only or part of a cutting cycle using a low dose-150-250.I use to drop DNP in the middle of a cutting cycle (low dose) for 30 days,by doing this I could ge the same results of a conventional longer cycle.My logic was the less time your on AAS the better for your body and receptors remain fresh for next cycle.
