Have not used EPO but it is used for Endurance EG long runners.

epo is a protein that stimulates red blood cell production. it is used to treat patients with anemia. a higher red blood cell count or hemocrit allows the athlete to circulate more oxygen throughout the body. this results in a higher VO2 max and thus increases endurance. low level iron supplementation is a must b4 cycling the drug, and bloodwork must be done often to ensure that ur bp, hemocrit, and hemoglobin do not get too high. use of this drug requires much research.
