here is my cycle...looking good?
Week 1-5 40mg/D-bol
Week 1-12 500mg/Sust
Week 14- 17 20mg/day of Nolvadex and 50mg/day of Clomid
Is this your first cycle?
first one in about 3 years
you might want ot look into an ai for pct like dex or exmestane
for best results you should shoot the sus eod or at least every three days. the cycle looks good. if you can get your hands on some hcg for pct it will help you keep more of your gains.
Ya sorry should ahve been more clear...the Sust is every 3 days adding up to 500mg/week
how, when and how much of HCG do i take..Everything i have read says HCG is not needed if only using things like Sust and or D-bol
What is and AI???

an ai is an aromatise inhibitor (arimidex, proviron ect.) nolvadex is a serm. an ai will help with water retention and will help protect from nor gyno but in your cycle you dont have to worry about that although you will get alot of water retention from the dbol. HCG start the last week of the cycle continue for three weeks 500iu a day.
so no need for AI???
Ai will stop water retention?...so you get harder leaner gains?
Humm...might be a good idea
So really what i have wrote as a cycle using Noladex and Clomid as my PCT is ok..but you suggest i might wanna add HCG??
hcg isn't crucial but it will bring your natural hormone levels up which in turn will help you keep more gains and get you feeling normal again. and the compounds you are running will definately suppress your natural levels. hcg is a part of my pct every time. but it is not a must.
ok..i'll see if i can get it from my source....i thought nolv and clomid would help with getting me back to normal
Just nervous cuz everything i read about HCG says it can cause gyno...SO don;t want that..lol
as long as you still run your nolva and clomid you will be fine.
