I do shows and know how to loose BF real well and the best I can do is 1% a week and thats even hard to keep up over a period of weeks, so think you should recheck your calipers...lol as for your gear, I don't know how much test you have or winny but to start a 3 month cycle, go with the anadrol for 4-6 weeks run it with the prop for the first 4-6 weeks and the cyp straight threw the 12 weeks, I would also throw the deca in there too at the beginning and just use it up. Throw the winny in at weeks 8-12 and taper with the prop if any left over. Of course pct, pct ,pct !! Hope this helps ...good luck....
