best time and dose of dbol?

when is the best time to take dbol ? should it be all taken at once or split up im going to take 40-50mg daily along with 500 -750mg sust 250 per week ive been told too take it all at once about an hour before work out?

this is probably the 515th time a thread like this has been started

break it up into 3 or 4 equal doses. Takes them about 4 - 5hours apart

I have no idea how that would effect you..that all depends on how you train, rest and eat

but yes that's about an average dose for it. you can take 10mgs every 4 hours during the day for 40 total

so what does your cycle look like?

week 1-10 500mg sust
week 1-6 40mg dbol
4000 cal 250 gram protein daily not sure of vitamins and supplements to use though i have flax, fish oils, and milk thistle what else i need?

you can do without the clomid

Nolva and Hcg = good

i'm using Nolv and Clomid...don't like HCG ...not needed from what i have read.

hcg shouldn't be needed for that cycle unless you are prone to testicular atrophy. pct with one serm and one ai should be fine.

don;t like HCG ...read too many bad things about it....

I;m using 20mg/nolva and 50mg/clomid a day for 4 weeks

starting it 2 weeks after my last Sust injection

what bad things have you read about hcg? I love it, you just only need it on really suppressive cycles.

I take an ai alongside hcg , so gyno is not a concern, and considering I take hcg while on very suppressive cycles, natural test production is shut down regardless of hcg usage. I wouldn't recommend hcg on it's own, but on very suppressive cycles it sure helps keep the old nads from shrinking, which in turn should help you bounce back after pct.

i heard letro is kind of an over kill and can hurt your gains if u use it during cycle

personal preference, but I prefer nolva just because clomid messes with my vision a bit, but others would probably say the opposite.

letro is very strong, I would only recommend it for someone who is incredibly prone to gyno, or to someone who already has gyno and is trying to reverse it.

a lot of peeps won't answer those specific questions because there are stickies at the top of the pct forum that break down dosages, etc. Read up a bit and propose which one you think is best for you and we'll help you tweak it. Remember, knowing the right answer isn't nearly as important as knowing why the right answer is right

k im gonna run clomi at 200mg for 2 weeks and 2 more weeks at 100mg
letro at 1mg start it 14-18 days after last inject but it said to start pct day after dbol so when should i start it?

Week 1-5 40mg/D-bol
Week 1-12 500mg/Sust
