    Masteron

    How long does it takefor Masteron to kick in ?
    And will It be ok to start out with a bf level of 13%.

    13 % is pretty decent bodyfat. Masteron is usually found in a propionate ester, so "kick in" time where you feel it - a couple of day i imagine. I havent used mast but have used test prop.
    Are you thinking of doing a cutting cycle with mast? What does your cycle look like?

    yeah by end of first week for sure you should definetly notice it... still dosage dependent.. seems like if your dose is on the VERY CONSERVATIVE END.. the results/hardening doesnt really POP

    Masteron is fantastic.. I loved it.. But it thinned me out on the back of my head so much that I stopped using it.. Loved the stuff though.. If I ever start to lose all my hair anyways, I will run it over and over again.. Best compound out there IMO

    Im planning onb running it at 350 mg wk and test at 250 mg wk.
    Does this look ok?
    With a good diet of course not depending on the juice that much!!
    Thinking of doing cardio for 2o min 3 times a week.
    Does this look good bros?

    Its the prop version of Masteron so its the short estered.

    Since I am going for 300 mg wk on Masteron and 250 mg wk on Prop with my bf being 13 % with a solid diet how many times a week and for how long should I perform cardio to get down to 10%?
    20 mins 3 times a week or 45 min 3 times a wk?
    Dont know if my question is on the right forum or not but thanks in advance!!

    I always read people on here suggesting to do at least 1 hour of cardio as it takes something like 30 minutes or so for the body to start burning fat instead of the more readily available fuels it has.. thusly, 30 or 45 minutes of cardio net little positive effect compared to what could be gained by continuing on a further 15-30 minutes once yu have gotten the body into fat-burning mode. I am just paraphrasing what I have read on here though..

    Totally Correct! also, if you are really wanting to cut fast, hit your cardio early AM... like before eating breakfast... "JMO"

    Will the Masteron and Var also help in my cutting phase. Not forgetting a good diet which of course is the most important aspect of this project.

    I personaly think that you should probably stay within 30 - 45 minute range first thing in the morning, before eating if you want maximum fat burning. I feel like it starts eatin away at the muscles when I go over that, (1hr - 1.50hr)

    Looks good to me. Cardio I would do like Tai said, 25-30m after workout. If doing it in the morning, I would suggest 45m. If your diet is in check, you should not have to worry about catobolism. You got the gear and diet helping take care of that.

    What a bout cardio at night? Would 30 mins be ok for fat burning along with my cycle?

    Masteron and Var are getting my muscles hard. At least thats what I am noticing after my third injection. So its kicking in good.

    Any opinions?
