sust. is not ideal for frontloading because of the multiple esters. Don't forget to shoot eod.
yes you can frontload by shooting 4 days in the first week.
becouse of the fast acting ester you have to split the frontload, if you shoot 2 shots a week, do it 4 shots the first week. this way you use the fast acting ester well.
best would be to shoot like EOD for the entire cycle...
i was planning on doing sust twice weekly 250mg sun and wed i didnt know i needed to eod it?
so would test enanthate be a better choice to do twice weekly at 250mg?
anyone have an oppinion?
If I were going to frontload sust (and I wouldn't)
It would look something like 60% more the first week (for example 500mg x1.6=800)
30 % more the 2nd week
10% more the 3 rd week
then drop down to regular cycle dosage in your case 500mg. And shoot eod for entire cycle. So somewhere around 140-150 mg each shot.
Yes, if you only want to shoot 2x/wk then get cyp or e not sus.
what about 250mg sust 3 times a week sun nite, tues nite, thurs nite?
That would be fine. eod is optimal but 3x is good.
what kind of gains would be normal with a cycle like this? with 4000+ cal and 200+ protein good diet and work out eod.
week 1-10 sust 750 mg
week 1-6 dbol 40mg ed
ive done test cyp but not sust and dbol i had good gains with test cyp alone

no one can accurately predict how much muscle you will gain. It's all up to you on how much you train, rest and eat. What you start with and how much you've trained in the past is also a big part of it
