Dbol..Safe For a 1st Cycle?
wot do u guys think.for my first cycle i was thinkin of using it but was kinda put off.i was originally planning on running 30mg,should i drop this down to 20 or 25?

Go ahead and use it, its ok for a first cycle. As far as dose.... first time user I would say go 20 - 25 mg a day. But I'm not sure of your weight, If your a big guy, then 30mg/day might be better. Just remember, it doesn't take much gear at all for your first cycle to get great results.

keep it at 30 mg ed.that should be the lowest you go.
what does the rest of your cycle look like?

I should have said this too. I assume you are stacking it with something. D-bol alone isn't to cool

damn 4plates, before I left you and I use to give the same advice, Now I tell him to drop to 25 and you tell him to say at 30.

My first cycle i did D bol 25 a day and got awsome results...go for it.

I had a buddy who just wouldn't listen and went ahead and did a 6 week cycle of dbol only. Great gains for those 6 weeks then came right back down to reality when he finished his clomid. I've heard it's worked for some but for the majority it hasn't.
Just something to heed.

I would leave it in. Shoot for 25mg/day. go the middle of the road.

I've had mixed results from a d-bol only cycle. Because I don't do the same exercises all year round I've noticed the differences and losses there.
My squatting and pulls (clean & snatch) have remained pretty much the same and not lost a great deal whilst i've been off. But, because i've not done any benching I've noticed that all of my gains have gone.
So, I guess that you can say that you will lose the gains if your training isn't consistant enough to support the gains you made.
But, in fairness, if your gonna do it then do it right and add that something else to your cycle and make it all worth while!
