How long after 10 week cycle and PCT before i start another cycle.

Time on = Time off + PCT. That's kind of the rule of thumb. Personally I would get bloodwork completed to see where all my levels are, and then evaluate from that point.

i always get blood work done to check test levels, liver enzymes, lipids, and cholesterol prior to start of a cycle, and after pct from a cycle
