first time useing B-12....need help

need some help on useing B-12

what size pin
where to inject
how much
how often

Size pin: 23 gauge, I use a 1 and a half inch ( i don't stick it all the way in)
Inject in the shoulder, or glute.
I take 1ml at a time.
Once every month roughly. Some ppl take a shot a week I think that's too much.

1 cc a month thats it ......just bought 19 10ml jugs.....lol thats ok it only cost me 50 bucks

Well it doesn't do anything to me really. Kinda makes u feel more energized maybe.
Eq will make you eat more :-) Try some of that lol

whats really the difference from taking the pills and taking a shot. you piss b12 out anyhow. only effects i have really felt from it was when i had a hang ouver i poped like 6 of them and damn was i energized again.

b12 is not oil based..its not going to last long...i feel the hunger effects for 2 days only...use an insulin pin by all costs if your just injecting the b12...i'm talking 29 or even 30 guage...it draws in very fast...i inject it every other day and i dont want scar tissue...i notice slight energy increase as well but take a complex pill w/ it any way...i also read it may give you bad breath but i never really had a problem...
