Does t3,t4 make tired or enrgized?
And how strict do you have to be about tapering of t4?

both make me feel like shit.. tapering really doesnt do a whole hell of alot for me.

They make you tired and like Tai said tapering them doesn't do shit... I ramp up quickly.. take what I want, then come off... Thyroid STILL WORKS! imagine that...

I'm also pretty hot and sluggish when I'm running them at higher doses. There's no need to taper down, however increasing your dose every couple days when starting will help to adjust to initial discomfort from the heat increase.

If you are hypothyroid, they will in fact increase your energy. But as most have said already, if you are taking it in abundance and you are now hyperthyroid, you will feel tired. Eating a bit more carbs should help offset this to some extent.

I've felt a little hot from time to time but really its nothing compared to DNP . Talk about soaking your sheets! Now THAT is uncomfortable... might as well have the flu and be in 120 degree weather! Thyroid is cake... Take an ECA with it and your good to go!

Make me energized for 45 min then all I want to do is sleep. I switched to DNP4 years now on and off, better results.
