detection time on winny and anavar

ok so ive taking a few things before and never really worried about being tested... ive taken 6 weeks of OT and was off for 5 weeks used nova for 20 days got tested and was cleared ..... so i know the detection time of that.. winny and anavar detection time says 3 weeks ...... when i read what the blank blank tests for they had every steriod known to man on there also estragen blockers like nova... my ?s is can one test detect all of that ? and they even said they test for hgh ... i thought you had to do a spinal tap for that... any help would be great or even a link if its been talked about thanks
