I picked up a bottle of winny a few days ago. 100count/25m/g per pill. I keep reading everywhere that they only come in 10mg's. The half life for a 10m/g pill is 9 hours I believe so Im wondering if its more with a 25m/g pill. Im just trying to get my dosing times correct and in sync.

Half life is the same ( its not based on mg )

Keep in mind when using oral winny there is a 20-25 % diffrence in absorption rate ( compared to inject).. So you might want to consider that when figuring what dose your going to run..

Also

oral winny is better for binding to SHGB and increasing free test..

While

Inject causes a greater increase in protein synthesis and nitrogen retention.

Thanks Merc. Yea I knew about the difference of absorbtion rate but I could only get ahold if the oral (kinda bummed about that.) Anyways since Im running winny with test prop (test prop=500m/g per week) Im thinking I'll run winny (oral 3xdaily@25m/g per pill=525m/g per week.) Im just havin a little trouble figuring out how far to space the winny in between doses.
