    Pain in the sciatic?

Just wondering, anyone ever have a sore feeling after glute injects? Not actually on the glute but on lower middle back, as if your nerve was irritated...do not even know for sure if it is the nerve but it is my best guess because of position..

definately didn't hit the sciatic, you'll know if you ever do that. A nerve will have a tingling pain most likey radiating. Might just be some soreness from an injection could have put a muscle in spasm. Give a day or two and see if it eases up.

No no I am positive i did not HIT the sciatic oh hell no. Every time I do glute injections this seems to occur to some degree, i feel it especially on those little bones on my lower back when I lie down for crunches

note:the pain is at least 6 inches up and to left(if injected in right glute) or right(if injected in left glute) on those little bones but it also feels sore below

also it is not a first time occurence, seems to happen a lot...
