    Preferref injection sites

    Hey guys,
    I have always used my delts, every other side for each injection. Using just Test Prop 250 every other day. Do you feel that another site is going to allow for any better results or, does it not really matter? Thanks in advance for your time.

    yeah especialy with prop. You never want to inject in a spot that frequently. Utalize all the injection points to avoid what can turn into harsh complications.

    Thanks Buff~ Can you explain what you may mena as far as harsh complications? Also, what type of cycle on the spots would you reccomend?
    Delts, glutes...and what else?

    if you keep injecting in the same spot, you will build up scar tissue..rotate injection sites..delts, glutes, quads and i like pecs and tris too..dont be afraid to put a needle in another muscle

    i agree. easiest for me is quads, glutes, and sometimes delts. those 3 are the most common injection sites and the ones i feel most comfortable with. what am i saying, they're the only sites i've used, lol. but i can say i've never hit a "bad spot" on any of those areas.

    i hate guads, they hurt so bad, but delts and glutes are like my bread and butter

    they don't hurt bad. just feels more comfortable in my delts

    Quads/delts seem easiest for myself. Glutes are a bitch b/c I get a forkin cramp every time (my wife volunteered to help, but I like to be able to do my own) and it takes forever to push the oil in. I've read that the bigger muscles give a better release rate, but if your injecting more then once weekly this just shouldn't signifcantly matter. Every time you inject, your body acts on the site by repairing it and if you don't give enough time between shots or you damage the area too much = scar tissue accumulation. So rotate sites.

    Anyone know a good way to find the ventrogluteal site for self injections (I've read most the links/posts and they all indicate ways of finding the site if someone else is injecting)?
