Question How long after cycles do you consider "kept" gains?

How long after everyones cycle do you consider the weight you held onto is "kept"? Basicly, at what time do you loose most of the gains from AAS? First 2 weeks into PCT? During 4-6 weeks into PCT? After PCT? one month after PCT?

for me 2 months after PCT is a good rule of thumb. The most critical time is during PCT when you're still struggling to get your nat test back on track. However, there's always some mass that is lost regardless because sometimes your nat test levels cannot support them especially when you are past your natural potential, that is why I add on another 60 days of observation after PCT to really see how much your body can sustain. With a good PCT however, you should be able to keep at least 90% of gains from milder non-aromatizing compounds (eq, anavar , masteron ,etc..) and 60-80% from mass builders that rely on some degree of progesterone activity (tren ,deca ) or AR conversion to estrogen (dbol , test, anadrol , etc..) to help pack on mass quickly.
