    Cool new to steroids

    hi i am new to steroids i need some help and advise .
    i am 62 kg of muscle well defined now i want to mass up .
    i want to go on a coarse of deca , anabol and trens , before i go on any of these i need advise on how and should i , i am supplementing well full bsn supplement range.
    i want to atleast get to about 75kg of muscle by 2months time

    I suggest you do a lot of reading and researching first. How tall and how old are you? 62kg isnt big at all. Steroids are not some magic drug that will get you big and ripped. Diet will dictate what type of gains you get and keep from steroids. If you cant gain muscle naturally, you wont gain or keep anything from steroids. This is how you need to eat to gain weight and I guarantee that you are NOT eating like this

    but i am training hard , you right my eating is up to shit ,
    do u suggest i supplesment stack my protein and carbs 1st
    i am 23 yrs old , i am 162cm tall

    Welcome to the board bro, you should introduce yourself in the new members section. Read the rules. And listen to the mods and vets, They know there s**t! For a first cycle, a long estered testosterone is a great place to start, maybe stacked with some d-bol for 4-6 weeks.

    D-bol 20mg a day.
    Test e 500mg a week

    Welcome.
    As stated above, your diet needs serious work, and you need to sort that out before you consider steroids . Get your diet straight for at least a few months and use that time to study beginner cycles and most importantly pct.

    Testosterone enanthate - is a single-ester and long-acting form of the base steroid testosterone . Look it up on this site. There is a bunch of info to be learned

    ok thanks , so do u think for now if i stick with bsn no explode before training and bsn cell mass after training and nitrix , with my whey protein and my optimum anabolic will that work for now.

    Supplements will help you with your workouts, but your diet will be the biggest factor. I can gain and lose weight at my own pleasing, but whether it is sloppy or not is based on how I eat. Go check out the steroid profile section and look at Testosterone enanthate and Dianabol . 62kg is roughly wat 130lbs? That is a little heavier than where I started and I got up to 155lbs naturally (which is around your goal of 75kg) and it only took a few months.

    Honestly dude you can eat ok and still gain a good amount of weight when you are training naturally for the first time to gain weight. Follow that bulking diet you posted up before. Make sure though that you fix the diet to fit how many calories you eat a day. When I am out of season and just working out to bulk depending on how much I lost during my season I will eat 3000 calories or 3,500 cals.

    yeah the most important thing you need is protein..you need at least 1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight. Supplements are just that..supplements and you will be better off spending your money of food, with the exception of some quality whey protein and maybe some creatine. Read this..this gives you an example of a bulking diet..

    Agreed. The quality and quantity of food you eat will be the single biggest factor in reaching your goals. Spend some time in the diet forum and learn how to eat properly. It can be rather expensive and inconvinient to diet properly but it is necessary and you will not gain and keep any quality mass if you don't sort the diet first. Good luck.
