Im at the end of my Deca/Test E cycle and did my last shot of test E yesterday.I will start my PCT in two weeks time{Clomid/Nolva}.Im wanting to do Eca/cardio to get my BF% down alittle as all i have done for the last 15 months is bulk up, im now 210lb/6"2/at around 16% BF and i want to be 12%/13% BF before my next lean bulk cycle in january.my questions are
1.Should i bulk some more before cutting some fat off?as im really scared of loosing what ive gained in the last 15 month.
2.Does ECA suppress your appetite?
3.How long should i do my cardio for and how many times aweek?
4.How many weeks should i do the ECA stack for?
5.Can i do my ECA now at the end of my cycle?
