    When to do ECA?

    Im at the end of my Deca/Test E cycle and did my last shot of test E yesterday.I will start my PCT in two weeks time{Clomid/Nolva}.Im wanting to do Eca/cardio to get my BF% down alittle as all i have done for the last 15 months is bulk up, im now 210lb/6"2/at around 16% BF and i want to be 12%/13% BF before my next lean bulk cycle in january.my questions are

    1.Should i bulk some more before cutting some fat off?as im really scared of loosing what ive gained in the last 15 month.

    2.Does ECA suppress your appetite?

    3.How long should i do my cardio for and how many times aweek?

    4.How many weeks should i do the ECA stack for?

    5.Can i do my ECA now at the end of my cycle?

    anyways, probably not the greatest of idea's to go right to cutting when your first getting into PCT in my opinion. PCT, should be, a time where your cal's and training are both high. A cutting diet, and ECA, with alot of cardio would be a way to lose some muscle you gained during your cycle imo, i would of tried to do the cardio/dieting while i was on cycle as to maintain muscle while losing fat.

    If that was the case,you SHOULD know that on a Test E and Deca cycle that my libido would be fine.BTW your english grammar is atroshus.Please dont post on my thread unless you have something USEFULL to say.

    1. Wait at least, till you're done with your PCT then slowly ease into a uctting diet

    2. Yes, very much so

    3. Early morning, empty stomach, as often as you'd like

    4. No need you can't cut and bulk at the same time, don't be impatient, plus deca makes it hard to cut

    1. Only you can properly assess that since it's contingent upon how much muscle you've developed, and your ideal physique.

    2. Technically speaking "No". However, this question is controversial because of the nature of Ephedra. Permit to briefly explain. On the 'Pro' side eating provides energy, but since Eph provides artificial energy, it could be argued that one need not eat as much or as often. On the 'Con' side, and this is the technical answer, Eph is not inherently an appetite suppressant like say Garcinia Cambogia, which genuinely impacts the hypothalamus to reduce the desire to eat.

    3. The duration and frequency of your cardio is dictated by your individual needs. You'll have to find customized balance between intake (obviously cycling protein during this time) and cardio output, that affords you fat loss (using your midsection as the barometer) w/o unnecessary muscle loss. It's a fine line that comes with learning your body.

    4. Unlike research chems, Eph is an herb that can be run indefinitely, so use it as needed just make sure enough water is in your stomach and should you feel a tolerance (some people never do), take Benadryl as directed in the Clen profile.

    5. "Yes", Eph is not potent enough to incite catabolism.
