bros it was crazy ,met up with other bros ,did some shoppping .also good to be back heres something for ya a 3lbs prolab container of protein is 80 so the supllements cost a llllooottt more then the gear it self.basicly .in the ccyle the protein would cost u more !went to greece and some islands they looked at me like the freak of the week .gotta go but will give more details of everything later.

hey big rush your right i only trained like twice and yes i do feel like a lump of shit but aqiured many goods to change that
