    why do I feel sick?

I frequently get sick feeling when I'm in the middle of a good workout. I was doing legs tonight and was getting into the meat of the workout and making some progress and had to stop so Ididn't throw up... this happens probably every other time I work out..

    My current cycle is:

    500mg/EW Test E
    400MG/EW EQ
    60mg Dbol workout days
    150mg/EOD Tren Ace

You only take the Dbol on workout days? What do you do on non-workout days?

I get sick sometimes when I train legs. They just drain every bit of energy out of me to do a proper workout that sometimes I feel nausaus afterwards. For leg days I throw a bit of suger into the protien powder I mix up post w/o just to get my blood suger back up to normal. I'm not very big it's just I have long legs so it takes so much energy to move weight for me.

Other than that I usually feel better the harder I lift

I was thinking about what I was eating pre-WO and so today I ate like 2 hours before workout and took the Dbol same time.. Idid fine tonight but then started getting really sick at the end. At least I got a good workout in today!! on tehway home I started feeling worse and craving sweets so I got my favorite $.99 Ice cream fudge sundae (with nuts for protein from McDonalds and I started feeling better soon afterwards..

you could be hypoglycemic. if that sundae made you truly feel better, it might because you need sugar. try sipping on some high sugar drink when working out. gatorade, powerade, some guys on here do a diet coke to.

My brother is hypoglycemic and he has the exact same thing happen. He drinks a soda as he works out. I don't know how the hell he does it but he pulls it off. I cant stand soda period and he works out with the shit.

well, I'm going to try and eat/drink something sweet while I work out and if it helps then GREAT but otherwise I'm going to drop teh Dbol... I didn't experience this last time I used Dbol but it was a testE/Dbol cycle and now it's Test E/Dbol/Tren/EQ
