How many gallons of water should we drink while on a heavy cycle?
I drink 2 to 3 gallons a day.
There is a formula how much per body weight but I don't know it
i drink like 2 gallons a day.... half gallon while working out..
i drink only 1 gallon per day and i found it hard to drink how can u guys drink like 3 gallons?
how many litters is 3 gallons?
isnt 2 gallons enoungh? or should i go for 3 gallons a day?
is that too much water is going to help the gains on the cycle?

1.5 sounds more reasonable.
i once read that flex wheeler was taking 5 gallons of water per day

Not true. Personally water passes through my system very quickly, and I eat between 4500 and 5000 calories a day. I just always have a bottle of water within reach.Originally Posted by ACAZORES

1.5 to 2 gallons a day should do the trick. To make it go by quicker and easier I drink a lot of coffee in the morning, crystal light the rest of the day and 1.5 litre bottle at the gym at night. I also mix my protein drinks with water as well. It takes some getting used to and your first week or so you are def going to be peeing a lot so don't go on any long road trips.
I normally drink 5-6 litres a day, whatever that equates to in gallons. About 1.5 I suppose.
I drink about a gallon, depending on how I feel.
About 1.5 to 2 gallons/day
