    Cardio vs gains

    i know everyone is different but is ther some rule of thumb for how much runnin can be done while on cycle and still see maximum gains. im afraid im runnin too much. i run 4-5 days per week 40 min / 4miles. each day. im trying to cut a bit while still seein som gains . so far its workin but very slowly??? any ideas guys

    Everyone is different, when i do cardio i only run 3 days a week at like 30mins. max. i stay pretty lean doing that so i really never go over. listen to your body but this is in the wrong forum. this should be in the exercise forum dude.
