    cutting cycles

    bassicly im new to the steroid thing but i have been doing all this reasearch and im 6'3 215 but its not solid i have some fat left over from when i was a freshman and i have been trying to work it off since then but i cant get the last bit to go away i have been altering my diet to the smaller meals more times a day and just all that stuff as well as working out and running ontop of football. im only 17 so i know its like kinda young but i was wondering if what i really want to do is cut off those last 15 pounds and then work it up in muscle would it be worth getting clen and like that cutting pack from the roid store and starting a cycle. if there is something better than that i would like to know and i just need sme options im open to everything.

    also with the weight lost from the cycle if im still working out and staying healthey will the weight stay off and will there be any noticble side effects

    ah dude, you're too young to be here. the roid store is fake also. you need to get back to basics in diet and training. this isnt your place. good luck though.

    Yeah dude, your test levels are still peaking, don't mess with your hormones for many more years, and even then you need to be careful. I feel your pain though man, about your fat trimming issue. Just keep doing more of the same, running, training, lifting.
    One thing I did recently and it REALLY did work, I pretty much fasted, drank only liquids for about 2 days, drank 2 myoplex deluxe's a day for protein and nourishment, and ran once to twice a day on top of training. I literally watched the fat melt off in just 2 days. You will get crazy hungry though, you just need to use that iron will and resist. When you do finally come off the fast you will have an urge to binge eat. Don't. Your stomach will have shrunk a little and you will need to get used to food. Control your diet, resist the cravings, and you'll be on the track to the lean you seek. Be well.
