    Angry "no Gaines"

    I am starting my third week and I am not seeing and improvment! I am stcking winny and cyp and I know it is real....... Eating right working out right... I have never stacked winny and cyp before! I wounder if that it my prob. If any of you out there in forum land has had this prob. before I would love to here about it and how you fixed it.

    bro give it time!cyp takes about 6wks to see results and winni you wont see to much,just make you feel more solid

    Thanks I really appreciate the advice.. See for a week I was drinking the winny and was being a ***** and then I just said F'it and started shooting it.. so i though that could have bin one reason why I was not seeing anything....
    Also winny kinda stings.......

    yeah winni stings like a biiiioutch,but honestly you dont see much gains off winni,it tightens you up and makes you feel more solid,you'l start seeing results in a few wks as long as you getting 4000-4500 clean cals a day.good luck man

    well my deit is usually 6 egg whites and outmeal in the morning...
    2 meal can of tuna and wheat bread, 3 meal chicken or fish with veggys.. 4 meal muscle milk..... 5 meal chicken, fish or steal. with veggys...6 meal proten shake

    You need to eat a LOT more.

    Quantities of food would also help us critique your diet.

    Meal 1 - Only 20-30g protein, not sure how many carbs...
    Meal 2 - 32g protein, and don't know how many pieces of bread, probably 2? Thats only 40g carbs.
    Meal 3 - I'm going to guess 6 oz of chicken or fish... okay about 45g protein, veggies hardly have any carbs, maybe 10.
    Meal 4 - Muscle milk - is this your post workout shake?
    Meal 5 - Need carbs at post workout meal
    Meal 6 - Whey is digested way too quick for a bedtime meal, you're going catabolic at night for sure.

    Looks like you're eating about 2500 calories there sir.... you need a lot more. If your goal is gaining muscle, that's a pretty shitty diet and that is definitely the reason you're not gaining. You need to up the quantities of foods quite a bit, and if I were you, I'd add at least one more meal, maybe 2.

    We need more information... quantities of foods, your height, weight, age, bodyfat%, goals??

    The only reson it is like taht is becasue i busted my knee climbing the "F"ING DUNNS River Falls in jamaca and was in a cast and I put on a good 10 pounds of fat......

    you should have gained water weight by now with cyp.. but maybe the winny is ofsetting that? Yes you need to eat alot ALOT more. If you are trying to gain eat a high carb, high protein diet.

    What does that have to do with not eating enough? Once again, we need more information about yourself and your diet to give meaningful advice.

    Both but i am already have good muscle tone just need to cut up and lose the fat.......

    im not on gear and i eat more than that.

    i got done cutting 6 weeks back,and now im bulking again.

    7 meals a day and 2 gallons water.

    each meal is 60g protein and 100g carbs and 20g fats. except the last meal which is only protein.

    eat like your on death row....

    should do cardio anyway. i jog 20mins 4 days a week, even when bulking. good for your cardiovascular system.

    I want to gain muscle... I am doing cardio every day for 20min.... I guess I just got the wrong info....Have you ever heard "ABS DIET"... a trainer at the gym told me to buy the book it has alot of good eating plans in it????????

    Me personaly, I think cyp is the worst ( and I mean crap) of all the test ethers (go sus or enantate)...the winny is probably keeping of the water off depending on your dose of cyp. One stop running. Two if you want to bulk sometime you need to eat dirty, calorie dense food. What are your doses of each? and sorry to say but thats not a good chioce combo for someone who is trying to bullk

    You need to pick a main goal - lose fat or gain muscle - because your diet will have to be suited toward one or the other to get results.

    You eat less calories than you burn = lose fat
    You eat more calories than you burn = gain muscle

    Pretty simple stuff here... if you eat hardly anything and expect to gain muscle... well, best of luck to you, but you can't build a house without bricks can you? Muscle doesn't just appear out of thin air, it needs calories to build it.

    You've got a lot of research to do...

    And, for the third time, we need more information about your diet (quantities of foods) and yourself (bodyfat percentage, age, weight, height) to help you better.

    yeah thats the way im goin to. i run 40 min a day 4-5 days a weeks and i eat like pig , so its pretty much impossible to lose my little bit of chub on my stomach. is there anything alse i can do. now i ended cycle and im still really hungry every 1.5 hrs . wonder if thats normal?

    All test ethers is not the same. Do the research. If they were they all would have the same name. Enanthate has a longer half for one and it effects (increases) your IGF-1 more then the others
