how to end Test E cycle with Prop?

with all this shit going down, i have 5ml of prop at 100mg per ml and want to get rid of it. i just took my last Test E shot monday. was running the TE at 500mg wk. so how long do i wait to start the prop? gonna run the prop at 75mg ed.

Start immediately. All you are trying to do is stay anabolic while the long ester clears out of your system which should take 2-3 weeks, then start PCT.
