I have a problem I need to bounce something off all of you. A recent family medical situation has made me drastically change my schedule. Now I work from approximately 4pm in the afternoon to about 1:30am . I had all of my juice, supplements and training regiman ready to go but now with this new schedule I am finding it hards to get up in the morning and go train. I rather sleep in until 10am. Then every day during the week I need to pick up my child from school at 2pm .
Need some help here
